The delivery terms depend on courier service and may vary. It also depends on the country of the order. You can always track your order using the tracking number and the link provided by our customer service manager.  

The cost of the delivery depends on the country you are from and the courier service you choosing. The cost of the delivery is not included in the price of the product and is calculated separately.

All products are made personally for you, considering your individual wishes and demands. We start the creation process only after the order confirmation, that is why we require the full payment prior to the proceed with the process of creation.

Please take into account that the we do not accept the return of the roducts once they are created and passed to the courier service company.

We prepare each piece of jewellery individually for you, so it might take some time to create it and then to deliver it.

It usually takes up to 3 months from the time you place your order to the time you already receive the product. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the email with the shipping details, including a shipping company name and a tracking number.
